  • Consulted and sold commercial bakery, snack & confectionery equipment solutions around the globe – ovens, mixers, depositors, extruders, wrappers, coolers, cookers…
  • Owned and operated a commercial bread bakery and a retail chocolate shop – I’ve purchased your ingredients, machinery, supplies and services with my own money.
  • Led Marketing and Sales for companies that sell to wholesalers, retailers, mom-and-pops, global food-producing giants, grocery, foodservice, universities and more.
